Our only blended honey… with good reason! We pride ourselves in this scrumptious blend of 10% Canola (Overberg) and 90% Lucerne (Boland) meticulously made according to the Dyce method by manipulating honey to set in a smaller, softer crystal. A perfect companion for the kitchen table with light and soothing floral notes for any occasion.
